Should You Put a Live Feed in Your Home
Compu-Smart knows a variety of things about all walks of life. He finds ways to make the impossible possible.
See Live Streaming Images Of Your Home
Forget 'Google Earth' or 'Street View'. I'll show you how It's POSSIBLE to see your own home LIVE streaming for anyone to see — in REAL-TIME. And how good and bad this can be. Without any additional hardware.
When asked, "how can I see my house live"?. Most people think of 1, using live satellite views (which only the millitary have access to) or 2, buying a separate security device or gadget and live-streaming your own camera views, or 3, via Google Earth or Google Street View (that are not live), although you and your home will have been captured live in a 'snapshot-in-time' when Google cars were driving around taking the latest Google Earth and Street View images.
What makes it possible to see your home, work or property streaming live is the multitude of live-streaming feeds and security CCTV cameras on our planet, and If you do your research very carefully, you can find it. Luckily, I have already researched for you.
I will show you how it's possible to find live-streaming images of your home (flat, apartment, house or mansion) — streaming live on the Internet for EVERYONE to see. Also, live feeds of people inside or outside their homes, totally oblivious to the fact.
Live streaming webcams are viewing everything and anything in every city, from 'A Coruña' (a large gulf on the Atlantic Ocean), to 'Zwolle', in Northeastern Netherlands, and every country from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe.

Big Brother is always watching, and getting bigger & smarter
When anyone tells me they don't like all the CCTV everywhere because "it's an intrusion against my civil liberties", I make it worse by saying, "If that's the case, it's the cameras you can't see that you should be worried about." Me? I love them, but only if I have access to them.
The UK, US, China and Japan have the most CCTV cameras watching and recording their citizens' every move. On an average London journey, individuals can be captured on camera hundreds of times daily. Crime and terrorism have resulted in more people becoming security conscious and installing CCTV and security cameras — as well as businesses and homeowners live-streaming their properties. And the more cameras there are, the better the chance of finding one that overlooks your home or work.
Live cameras are literally everywhere, some with audio capabilities, so be careful what you do and say in public. Even when shopping, sweating at the gym, or sunbathing on a beach. Or having a haircut, or even in and around your property. You're probably being viewed by someone somewhere online.
British Are World's Most Watched People
I hit the jackpot after finding my property was available to view online
The keywords I used to find my home were Earl's Court. Live Traffic camera. For me, It was as simple as that. This link is the actual cam feed of my previous home's front window and front door. https://www.trafficdelays.co.uk/old-brompton-road-earls-court-road-london-cctv-traffic-cameras/.
There are many other camera angles available in the same vicinity. Each one allows me to watch and observe people (neighbours) and see how busy my high street is.
And whenever I hear emergency sirens, I can easily see what's going on via the internet (with a slight delay).
I am always looking for new and nearer cam-feeds to where I live and of people I like and dislike! Where I live now, the closest available feed is a traffic cam about forty feet away. I'll settle for that. If my road were 'straight' instead of 'curved', my property would be visible to the CCTV traffic cam — not ideal for those who like their privacy, including criminals and cheating spouses.
Not everyone who live in the homes (photos below) are aware their home is being streamed live
How can I find live cams of my home?
Type the words of your choice using a combination of the following keywords, such as the name of your street, road, town or city. Or the closest areas to where you live, including; Motorways. Streaming Live. Webcam locations. Live Camera. Live Cams. Live IP video cameras. IP cameras. Traffic cams.
Use any keywords of the places in your area that overlooks or is near your home, including; Beaches. Bridges. Motorways. Farms. Airports. Shops. Education centres. Harbours. Ports. Train stations. Bars. Churches. Restaurants. Lakes. Farms. Fields. Mountains. All the above (and more) are being live-streamed.
Search for any live cams you want, and I guarantee-ish you will find them
Ask local businesses near your home to see if they stream any of their security cameras online that may overlook your home or street. Just like this cam of the famous Abbey Road that overlooks homes (and is a fun cam to watch Beatles fans snapping photos in tribute to the original image).

Someone in your street may have a security cam, either a 'Ring' doorbell, CCTV, or hidden (spy/peephole) camera to keep an eye on their property, work, garden or garage, yet overlooks your home and streaming live on the Internet. If it's a private cam, try asking the owner for a password to log in as a guest to view their live feed remotely on your smartphone, tablet or PC, and tell them you will also help them keep an eye out for intruders.
If you can see any 'well-known iconic tall buildings' from your home, the chances are that one of their cameras could be pointing towards your home. (As shown in the example thumbnail images below).
Live-streaming webcams are everywhere (photos below) and overlooking homes
What if I can't find my home?
Search for live streaming images if your partner's, family and friends homes, while enjoying the live camera feeds of practically everything streaming live online. Everything you can and cannot imagine. View Parliament Square, Time Square, Tiananmen Square, Trafalgar Square — the South and the North Pole, and the Seven Wonders of the World. View tourist attractions, iconic buildings, and any wild animsl, pet or insect you can think of — without leaving your home, with the millions of live-streaming camera feeds available online.
Search YouTube's 'live' option from their menu and see what locations or businesses are streaming live. Unfortunately, they don't have a 'site map/menu or index' that lists the hundreds of thousands of YouTubers streaming something live.
Online webcam directories are good places to search for anything you desire to view, such as 'www.earthcam', 'www.webcamtaxi', 'www.worldcams.tv' and www.worldcam.eu/webcams.
Additional Information - when viewing cams
Depending on your browser, you may need to install plug-ins or specific players to view some online cams. For best streaming results, a decent broadband connection and PC specifications help. Even with the best PC specifications, some cams don't stream live as fast as others. Some are updated every few seconds, others minutes. If you have a problem viewing live feeds, or installing the required plug-ins, try using another browser.
Note: When viewing a live camera feed, there could be more than one feed to any specific location, so don't settle for your first result. For example, I have two live 'Trafalgar Square' feeds. One is better than the other.
Due to different countries' "time zones", some cams will be dark in the nighttime, but this allows you to see city centres and iconic buildings transformed by spectacular light projections.

Beady eyes are everywhere!
Finally
I hope you have found a live cam feed of your home, and to prepare you for the fact that you and your home could be live on the Internet for all the world to see, 24/7, and how it's possible with the right keywords, research and determination.
To make it possible to see your home online when you're at home or away, simply buy and live stream your home surveillance camera - with or without private or public settings.
So the next time you're doing something you should or shouldn't be doing. When you think you're having that 'private moment' at home or away. Don't forget to smile:), because the chances are, you're probably being watched and listened to live on the Internet — even when inside or outside your home's front door!

Ack! This is an interesting article, but I am one of those who does not like it. It would be great to be able to see certain public locations live, but then you have those who misuse everything. In any case, thanks for the interesting article and information. I knew these were available, but I guess I did not realize how available.

Lucky you Dale. The only travelling I do is via the Internet, and with imagination!
Hopefully one day, artificial intelligence and AI will be so smart and realistic, we humans would not need to fly which will help the environment!

This was cool! I have travelled the world and this game me the idea of looking up live cams to see those places again.

Voted interesting, as I couldn't find the 'scary' or 'concerning' button! lol. It is ridiculous how much of the UK is covered by cameras. While it could be good, it always seems like most of the criminals get away with things. Instead, everyone else has to put up with being on camera all of the time. A good idea that generally seems to fail when needed (low resolution, facing the wrong way, a fake camera etc). Nice article though and off to check your suggestions. You have a new follower.
Shared, pinned, tweeted, up and interesting.

Just wondering if this isn't invasion of privacy with all these cameras or one's neighbour's streaming your house live on the net?
The technology though is amazing.
